子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜及异位内膜中Claudin-1、Claudin-3的表达及意义

Study on the expression of claudin-1 and claudin-3 in eutopic and ectopic endometrum of women with endometriosis and its clinical significance

目的:探讨紧密连接蛋白claudin-1、claudin-3在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)发生发展中的作用及意义。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测正常子宫内膜、内异症患者的在位内膜和异位内膜组织中claudin-1、claudin-3蛋白质的表达。结果:claudin-1、claudin-3蛋白主要定位于子宫内膜细胞的细胞膜/质,内异症患者的异位内膜中claudin-1、claudin-3蛋白的表达显著低于在位内膜及正常子宫内膜(P<0.01)。结论:claudin-1、claudin-3蛋白在内异症患者异位内膜中的表达明显下调,二者可能与内异症的发生发展相关。

Objective:To examine the expression pattern of Claudin-1、Claudin-3 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of women with endometriosis explore its clinical significance. Methods:The expression levels of Claudin-1、Claudin-3 in 40 cases of eutopic and ectopic endometrium of women with endometriosis and 30 cases of normal endometrium of control group were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results:Compared with those of controls, the expression of Claudin-1、Claudin-3 was found to be significantly decreased in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of women with endometriosis (P <0.01). Conclusion:Claudin-1、Claudin-3 might be correlated with development of endometriosis due to its significant down regulation expression in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of women with endometriosis.
