摘要
推进区域教师专业发展应注重创新教师培训制度和机制,营造教师专业自主文化,应以促进学生健康发展为终极目标,遵循教师专业发展规律,充分运用现代信息技术,以研发精品培训课程为重要载体,构建高效的可持续发展的教师专业发展区域推进模式。
The promotion of regional teachers' professional development should focus on innovating teacher training system and mechanism,and creating the autonomous culture of teachers' profession with its ultimate goal being the enhancement of students' healthy development.It should follow the law of teachers' professional development,make full use of modern information technology,develop refined training courses as the carrier,and construct efficient and sustainable regional promotion mode of teachers' professional development.
