中药浸泡联合复方氟米松软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutie Effects of Rhagadia Eczema Manus and Pedalis Combined with Chinese Medicine and Compound Tuncissong Ruanao.

目的探讨中药浸泡联合复方氟米松软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹的疗效。方法治疗组48例,予中药浸泡联合复方氟米松软膏治疗;对照组42例,仅予复方氟米松软膏治疗。结果治疗组有效率为85.42%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药浸泡联合复方氟米松软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹效果优于单用复方氟米松软膏。

Objective To observe curative effect of Chinese native medicine combined with Compound Tuncissong Ruanao in treatment of hand and foot chaps eczema.Methods Treatment group 48 examples give the Chinese native medicine and Compound Tuncissong Ruanao the control groug 42 examples give the Compound Tuncissong Ruanao.Results Treatment group effectiveness 85.42% the control group is 66.76%,there were significiant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusions Chinese native medicine combined with the Compound Tuncissong Ruanao treat hand and foot chaps eczema was better than Compound Tuncissong Ruann.
