光纤光栅传感器应变和温度交叉敏感问题 被引量:3

摘要 解决光纤光栅传感器波长信号的交叉敏感问题,实现温度和应力的区分测量是光纤光栅传感器应用中的一个必须面对的问题。文章从理论上分析了引起交叉敏感的物理机制,全面地介绍了国内外各种解决此问题方案及最新进展,并对各种方案的其主要特点进行了分析。
