炉甘石混合液治疗新生儿脓疱疮的效果观察及护理

目的观察炉甘石混合液用于治疗新生儿脓疱疮的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将64例患儿随机分成治疗组及对照组各32例,分别给予炉甘石、雷佛奴尔及庆大霉素混合液和炉甘石洗剂外涂脓疱疮处,观察脓疱疮消退天数及其疗效、副作用等,并采取相应的护理措施。结果炉甘石混合液用于治疗新生儿脓疱疮有效率为96.87%,对照组为46.87%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组的脓疱疮消退天数为4.72±1.86d,对照组为6.56±2.36d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组均无毒副作用的发生。结论炉甘石混合液用于治疗新生儿脓疱疮能杀灭患部细菌,促进患部及早结痂,明显缩短病程并无毒副作用,是治疗新生儿脓疱疮的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic and nursing effects of using calamine mixture fluid on newborn babies with impetigo. Methods Sixty-four cases of newborn babies with impetigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The mixture solution of calamine,ethacridine,and gentamicin was administered to 32 babies in treatment group and only calamine was given to 32 babies in control group. The curative effects, side effects and corresponding nursing methods were analyzed. Results The effective rate of treating impetigo with calamine-mixture was 96.87%, which is significantly higher than that of control group (χ2=19.63,P < 0.01). Impetigo was removed in significantly shorter time in treatment group than that in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusions The calamine mixture solution can kill the bacterial of affected part, accelerate the scabbing process, shorten the course of treatment and has no side effects. It is an effective way to treat impetigo neonatorum.
