儿科门诊工作中的护患沟通

摘要 总结了儿科门诊工作中的护患沟通技巧,包括建立良好的第一印象,美化就诊环境,强化儿科护士主动交流的意识,做好"患者选医生"的活动,坚持首问责任制,耐心解释,提高非语言交流效应。认为有效的沟通能建立相互理解、信任、支持的护患关系,而丰富的业务知识是维持沟通的重要纽带。
