摘要
利用我国1989-2006年间的水环境、大气环境和固体废弃物等5类环境质量指标的时间序列数据,在控制参数下对环境污染与经济发展之间的关系进行了对比分析。结果表明我国正处于环境污染与经济增长相矛盾的阶段,没有证据说明人均GDP的增加有助于自动解决我国的环境问题,环境库兹涅茨曲线在不同的条件下具有不同的转化形式,产业结构调整和技术进步等控制参数对环境库兹涅茨曲线起着重要的作用。
The Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC) hypothesis postulates an inverted-U-shaped relationship between different pollutions and per capita income.At data of 1989~2006 the contrast analysis on the relationship between environmental pollution and economic development in terms of control parameter was completed with five categories of environment quality indicator,such as water environmental pollution,atmosphere environmental pollution and waste solid,etc.The results indicated: China was being in the stage that environmental pollution and economic growth were conflicting,no evidence could explain that the increase of average per person GDP would help to resolve the environmental problems automatically in China,Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC) had different transformation forms under different conditions, the control parameters,such as industrial structure adjustment and technical advance played a vital role in the EKC.
