《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》颁布实施后,工程造价管理各领域的工作开始步入"政府宏观调控,企业自主报价,市场竞争定价,部门科学监管"的健康轨道。本文分析了工程量清单计价方式对工程造价管理的影响,并提出了在此方式下如何更好地控制工程造价及在实际运用中应注意的问题。

With the implement of'Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works',the work on engineering pricing management has been carried on smoothly,in the direction of'macro-control by government,self-quoting by corporations,price determined by competition on free market and scientific supervision by functional ministries'.This paper aims to analyze the influences on engineering cost management,caused by the valuation with bill quantity of construction works,and attempts to raise proposals on better managing engineering pricing and risk control under that principle.
