摘要
施工合同的解除现象及解除后工程价款结算纠纷是建设工程领域普遍存在的现象,本文拟分析施工合同解除的条件,及初步探讨合同解除后工程价款的结算问题。
The phenomena of terminating a construction contract and the entanglement of project cost settlement after the termination are ubiquitous in the construction field.This paper plans to analyze the conditions of terminating a construction contract and discuss the problems of project cost settlement after the construction contract is terminated.
