摘要
幼儿在班级中出现违规行为,与班级管理、班级人际关系、班级教育情境等密切相关。教师要树立全面发展的儿童观及教育公平观,建立平等、和谐的师幼关系,发挥幼儿同伴群体的影响作用,以有效控制和改善幼儿在班级中的违规行为。
Children’s violation behavior is closely related with class management, interpersonal relations in class and education situation in class. Teachers should establish the conception of overall development and education fairness, change teacher’s authoritative status so as to construct equal, harmonious teacher-children relationship and to make use of influential function of peer group and in this way, children’s violation behavior could be controlled and improved.
