摘要
通过对35次幼儿园教研活动中园长与教师互动的关键事件的调查发现,幼儿园教研活动具有较为明显的园长权威、教师参与的倾斜式互动特点,而且更注重教师作为专业人员身份的实现。要实现教研活动的价值,园长要降低权威性,增强教师的参与程度,建构平行互动模式,形成平等、民主的研讨氛围。同时,除了知识、技能外,参与者个人的生命经验和情感也应被纳入教研主题范畴,以实现教师个人认同与专业认同的统一。
An investigation on key incidents of manager-teacher interactivity in kindergarten teaching and research activity reveals distinctive feature of imbalanced interactivity between manager authority and teacher participation and the research emphasizes the realization of teachers as professionals.In order to fulfill the value of research,the manager should reduce his authority and increase teachers’ involvement so that a parallel interactive mode and an equal and democratic atmosphere is established.Simultaneously,besides knowledge and skill,personal experience and feelings of the participants should also be included in the research to realize the unity of teachers’ personal and professional recognition.
