摘要
江苏幼儿师范教育事业发展的跌宕起伏,折射出我国师范教育改革发展道路之艰难曲折。师范教育制度带有"人治"色彩,这直接导致师范教育改革与发展"随意性"过大。幼儿师范教育应是国家的事业、政府的责任,必须遵循事物发展的客观规律,坚持走科学发展、可持续发展之路。我们要努力构建符合国情、适应时代要求的新体制、新机制。
The development of kindergarten teachers’ education has experienced ups and downs, reflecting the hardship of kindergarten teachers’ education development in China. Teachers’ education system used to be controlled by man which had the feature of ’being too casual’. Kindergarten teachers’ education should be the responsibility of governments and follow the objective principles of development. It is important to maintain scientific and consistent development. It needs our joined efforts to build a system which is suitable for this country and era.
