教师在不同发展阶段具有不同特点,对教师专业发展的引导需要"因龄而异"。成熟阶段的幼儿园教师已经具有熟练的技能和相对完善的专业知识,需要的是更加专业的引导和支持。专家资源的引进对于成熟阶段幼儿园教师的专业发展非常必要。专家是成熟阶段幼儿园教师的"科学的诊断家""知识传递者""智能团"和"先进榜样"。
Teachers in different development phases have different characteristics and instruction for teachers’ professional development should consider age differences.Preschool teachen in the maturing phase,having already mastered proficient skills and relatively full professional knowledge,need more professional instruction and support.Introduction of expert resource is necessary for professional development of maturing teachen.An Expert is a scientific diagnostician,a think tank,a knowledge passer and a model for maturing teachers.
