当前我国借鉴蒙台梭利教育法的主要误区、关键问题与基本思路

Key Solutions and Basic Threads on Taking Montessori Method for Reference in Chinese Kindergartens

盲目跟风、形式主义、"导师"难寻等是当前我国蒙台梭利教育实践中出现的几个主要误区。教师素质是影响蒙台梭利教育法有效性的重要因素,扎实培训是提高蒙台梭利教师素质的有效途径。当前我们在借鉴蒙台梭利教育法时应该形成两个基本思路,即"以我为主,他为我用"和"以他为主,他我结合",其中"以我为主,他为我用"应该成为我们借鉴蒙台梭利教育法的主要思路。

Blind following,extemalism and lack of tutors are the main defects in the practice of Montessori method in China. With teacher quality the influential factor of the effectiveness of the practice,solid training is the effective approach to better practice of Montessori.And two basic threads are suggested,namely,serf-orientation and Montessori-orientation,among which the former should be the primary in the practice of Montessori method.
