印度蒙台梭利幼教机构考察叙事与反思

Reflection and Observation of an Indian Montessori Preschool Institution

摘要 印度蒙台梭利幼教机构坚持蒙台梭利教育观,强调为幼儿提供注重细节的、规范有序的环境,关注个别教育活动和幼儿的自主游戏。教育者注重不断观察,发挥幼儿的潜能。在高结构化的蒙台梭利教育过程中,教育者注重发挥幼儿的创造性,很好地融入了印度社会文化价值观和人才培养的理想。印度蒙台梭利幼教机构目前已成为印度高水准教育机构的代表。反观我国的蒙台梭利教育实践,许多问题值得我们深思。 Indian Montessori preschool institutions insist on Montessori education methods and emphasize that the games provided for children should include details, conform to the standard and take children’s individual needs into consideration. Educators should keep on observing and exploring children’s potential. In the process of highly structured Montessori education, educators pay special attention to children’s creativity and combine it with Indian social culture and value. Indian Montessori preschool institutions have become symbol of high standard preschool education. Thinking of the practice of Montessori education in China, we have many important issues to ponder over.
