摘要
合作作为一种亲社会行为是儿童社会性发展中的一个重要方面。在中国的独生子女家庭中,儿童普遍以自我为中心,缺乏合作意识,从而影响其社会化进程。儿童的合作认知和合作行为随年龄的增长而发展,观点采择、移情和道德推理是合作行为发生的重要影响因素,个体的价值取向、性别、自我认知、情绪及文化背景等也对合作行为有一定的影响。观点采择能力的培养以及合作训练能有效地发展儿童的合作认知和合作行为。
Cooperation is an important aspect of children’s social development. In many single child family of China, children are self-centered and lack cooperative awareness, which hinders their social development. Children’s cooperation cognition and cooperation behavior develop with age, with perspective choice, empathization and moral deduction the important influencing factors. And individual value, gender, self cognition, mood and culture are also somewhat influential. Cultivation of perspective choice ability and cooperation training could help develop children’s cooperation cognition and cooperation behavior.
