摘要
目的 观察鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法 对 5 9例 6 3眼慢性泪囊炎患者进行特制鼻泪管支架植入术 ,分别于手术前后进行数字减影泪道造影检查 ,分析术后疗效。结果 一次性植入手术成功率 96 .82 % ,在随访的 5 7眼中 ,3个月总有效率为 98.2 5 % ,6个月总有效率为 97.96 % ,12个月总有效率为 92 .31% .
Objective To observe the curative effect of chronic dacryocystitis treated by nasolacrimal stent.Methods Fifty-nine cases (63 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis were placed special nasolacrimal stent.Digital subtraction dacryocystography was performed before and after the stent placement. Analyse the curative effect of post-operation.Results The success rate of operation was 96.82%,the effective rate were 98.25%,97.96% and 92.31% at three months,six months,twelve months of post-operation in 57 eyes.Conclusion Using nasolacrimal stent is a safe,effective method to treat chronic dacryocystitis.
