摘要
目的 观察鹰视准分子激光系统的LASIK治疗各种屈光度的近视的效果。方法 利用鹰视准分子激光治疗仪联合MoriaII微型角膜刀对 12 5 0例 2 4 6 0眼进行治疗。术后 12个月观察视功能、屈光度及并发症。结果 术后 12个月屈光度 <8.0D、>8.0D裸眼视力达到 0 .5以上分别为98.5 %、96 .5 % ,达到 1.0以上分别为 91.2 %、82 5 % .术后3~ 6个月屈光度趋于稳定。手术并发症包括角膜上皮脱落、结膜下出血、层间异物残留等。结论 鹰视准分子激光系统的LASIK对不同屈光度近视治疗均有良好效果 ,且比其他类型的激光仪更有优势 ,如方便、准确、预测性高。
Objective To observe the effect of LASIK for the correction of all degrees of myopia with the eagle excimer laser system.Methods One thousand two hundred and fifty patients(2 460 eyes)were operated by the eagle excimer laser system and moria Ⅱ keratome. Visual acuity, diopter and complication were observed for 12 months after operation.Results The rate of patients with uncorrected visual acuity>0.5 were about 98.5% and 96.5%,and>1.0 were about 91.2% and 82.5%. The diopter stabilized in 3 to 6 months after operation. The complication contained epithelium cornea desquamation, subconjunctival hemorrhage and foreign bodies redsidual in the interlamellar spaces. Conclusion The correction of all degrees of myopia by the LASIK of the eagle excimer laser system is favorable and convenience, accuracy, high predictability, low complication than other taser system do.
