摘要 缺氧可上调血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)的表达 ,造成眼内新生血管形成。在缺氧状态下 ,VEGF的表达是由缺氧诱导因子 1(hypoxia in duciblefactor 1,HIF 1)诱导的。现就HIF 1的功能、信号传导途径、HIF Hypoxia can increase the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),which induces intraocular neovascularization.Under hypoxic condition,VEGF is triggered by hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1).The function,signal transduction pathway of HIF-1,the effects of HIF-1 expression on VEGF and intraocular neovascularization,etc,are reviewed.
