摘要
作为影响幼儿园教师专业成长的关键事件之一,养育事件是起积极作用还是消极作用在很大程度上取决于教师的个人特征。通过对10位女教师进行访谈发现,教师的个性特征和性别意识是决定其受到不同影响的主要因素。
As one type of the critical incidents to influence preschool teachers’ professional development,nurturing incidents can be either positive or negative,depending on personal features of the teacher. Interviews with 10 women teachers reveal that teacher’s personality and gender consciousness are the decisive factors of influence.
