摘要
为探讨幼儿园教师自尊水平与心理健康的关系,研究者随机抽取四川省1053名幼儿园教师为调查对象进行自尊量表和SCL-90量表测量。结果显示,四川省幼儿园教师心理健康总体水平低于全国成人常模;教师的自尊水平与心理健康各因子间存在显著性负相关;教师在不同自尊水平上,其心理健康各因子中强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、偏执等因子存在显著性差异。教师应通过不断改善人际关系、正确进行自我归因、正确进行社会比较等途径以提高自身的自尊水平,进而提高心理健康水平。
In order to probe into the relation between kindergarten teacher’s self-esteem and their mental health,the researchers randomly selected 1053 teachers from Sichuan province for Self-esteem Scale(SES)and SCL-90 scale test.Results show that the general standard is lower than that of the national adult average; a distinctive negative correlation between self- esteem and mental health is revealed; teachers with different levels of self-esteem show distinctive difference in factors of mental health such as coercion,interpersonal relationship,depression,terror and bigotry etc..Preschool teachers should improve their self-esteem and mental health by improving interpersonal relationship and by conducting proper self-attribution and proper social comparison.
