幼儿教育实践场域中教师与理论研究者关系考察

A Study on the Relation between Teacher and Researcher in Children Education Practice

摘要 教师与幼儿的中间横亘着其他的力量和关系,其中理论研究者和幼儿园管理者是影响教师教育实践的重要力量。由于理论研究者具有幼儿教育的理论知识,为了改善自己在场域中的不利位置。教师会努力获取理论研究者的知识,向他们靠拢。这在一定程度上会改变教师对自己实践的思考方式。同时也会使教师丧失自己实践的具体性和生动性。在与教师互动的过程中。理论研究者应该承认教师与自己在文化上是对等的,让他者成为他者,做教师实践活动的关怀者,进而成为教师思考过程的分享者和复杂教育场域的理解者,以让教师和理论研究者都获得对自身有益的启示。 Between teacher and children other forces and rehtions intervene,and researcher and kindergarten manager are important force in teacher education.In order to improve his unfavorable position the teacher has to make efforts to obtain knowledge and moves to the researcher who is in possession of theory and knowledge of preschool education,which to some extend changes the teacher’s way of thinking and causes the loss of concreteness and liveliness of practice.Therefore,in the interaction,the researcher should take an equal status with the teacher,show concern for teacher’s practice,share his thinking and understand the complicated educational field so as to achieve useful inspirations.
