西北地区农村民办幼儿园与公办幼儿园合作发展探析——以甘肃省临夏市为例

On Cooperative Development between Private and Public Kindergartens in Northwest Rural Areas:An Example of Linxia in Gansu Province

民办幼儿园已成为我国幼儿教育机构的重要组成部分,农村民办幼儿园是民办幼儿园发展的重中之重。通过民办幼儿园与公办幼儿园的合作可有效地提高农村民办幼儿园的教育质量。甘肃省临夏市通过政府部门提供政策支持、拓展教育部门管理职能、重视教师培训、借助国际项目等措施为西北地区农村民办幼儿园发展提供了可资借鉴的经验,为西北地区农村幼儿教育质量的提升与幼儿教育事业的发展开辟了一条崭新的道路。

Private kindergarten has become an important component of preschool education organization in China especially in rural areas.How can we promote the quality of private kindergarten through cooperation of the private and public kindergarten to accelerate the development of preschool education in the whole northwest rural areas? Linxia of Gansu province set initiative example in this aspect through such measures as support of government policy,extension of education administration’s function, emphasis on teacher training and aid from international programs etc.
