西北地区农村民办幼儿园教师教育教学状况的调查与思考

Investigations and Reflections on Education and Teaching of Private Kindergarten Teacher in Northwest Rural Areas

对西北五省区农村民办幼儿园教师教育教学状况的调查结果显示,农村民办幼儿园教师教育观念陈旧、落后,活动目标意识淡薄,将教育内容等同于教材,活动过程以教师、教材为中心。为提高西北地区农村民办幼儿园教师教育教学水平,政府要加强管理,保证农村幼教师资水平;教育行政部门可以组织专家编写适合农村幼儿园的乡土教材;幼儿园要重视、提供形式多样的在职培训。

Investigations on private kindergarten teacher’s teaching situation done in five northwest provinces reveal that the teachers’ education concept is old and unenlightened.They think teaching content equals textbook and their activities are teacher-centered and textbook-centered.In order to improve the situation,the government need increase management to ensure teachers’ qualification;education administration could organize experts to write textbook suitable for rural kindergarten; and the kindergarten should attach importance to and offer professional training of various kinds.
