实施《农民专业合作社法》重点、难点与热点问题研究

A Study on the Application of“Law about Farmers Cooperation Society”

依据《农民专业社法》和相关政策,以及农民专业合作社建设和发展的实践,从六个方面论述了实施《农民专业合作社法》的重点、难点及热点问题:(1)农民专业合作社的法律地位;(2)农民专业合作社的成立与登记;(3)农民专业合作社的章程、组织机构与议事规则;(4)农民专业合作社的财务制度与盈余分配;(5)农民专业合作社的合并、分立、解散与清算;(6)国家对农民专业合作社的扶持与政府职责。

On the basis of the laws and regulations about farmers cooperation society as well as its practice,six issues are studied as follows.(1)The legal status of farmers,cooperation society;(2)The establishment and registration of the society;(3)The constitution,organization and democratic pratice of the society;(4)The financial system and allocation practice of the society;(5)The combination,independent,disincorporation and settlement of the society;(6)The official aid and obligation for the society.
