多Agent组织的矩阵模型

摘要 在多Agent系统(MAS)中,Agent组织是一种有效的求解方式。而组织结构是Agent组织的抽象,Agent组织是组织结构的实例化。组织结构的形式是多种多样的,本文借鉴人类现代组织理论,给出了Agent组织的一种矩阵模型描述。相比层次结构的组织,加强了组织横向之间的联系,增加了管理幅度,减少了组织的层次,从而降低了交互通信代价,提高了组织的求解效率和组织对外部环境的快速反应能力。 Agent organization is an effective method of problem solving in MAS(multi-agent systems) environment.Organization construction is the abstract of agent organization which is the instantiation of organization construction.The type of organization construction is various.A model of matrix organization is described in this paper, which refer to the humanity modern organization thesis.Compared with hiberarehy organization,it enhances relation of organizational landscape orientation,increases the administrant range and decreases the organizational levels.Finally cut down the cost of communication,improve the problem solving efficiency and organizational capability of rapid reaction to change of external environment change.
