摘要
考察我国农村养老保险制度的制度变迁,是研究农村养老问题的学术起点,对于我们探索农村社会养老保险的制度创新具有基础性的意义。面对低效率的现行农村养老保险制度,各地纷纷进行了制度创新,形成了一些新的农村养老保险制度模式。农村养老保险的制度创新是一个强制性制度变迁与诱致性制度变迁相耦合的过程。
From history inspecting on our country rural old-age insurance institutional changes,is the starting point on the problem studying and have the basis significance of rural social endowment insurance.Have faced poor efficiency rural society endowment insurance system,many area have carried out institutional innovation and development a few new rural social endowment insurance system.Rural endowment insurance institutional innovation is that a mandatory institutional change and lead to nature institutional change.
