China is a nation of many ethnic groups and many religious faith and Hui minority ethnic group is one of the ten minorities who believe in Islam.In fact,Islam has so great effect on the Hui’s culture that almost everyone of Hui ethnic minority believes in Islam.Therefore,it is obvious that the relationship between the Hui and their Islam faith is unbreakable.The most two important traditional holidays of Hui ethnic minority are Eid ul-Fitr & Eid al-Adha,which adequately reflect the distinguished characteristic and rich culture of Hui ethnic group.The paper introduces the Hui’s culture,such as propose to live a healthy life,set up a harmonious social,pay attention to the diet hygiene,praise the virtues of loyalty and obedience and so on.Moreover,the purpose of the paper is trying to make people to treat the minority’s culture in a right way and to provide more theoretical evidence to help setting up a harmonious social.
