主动脉缩窄的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of coarctation of the aorta(Abstract)

作者报告二例主动脉缩窄的手术治疗,一例采用左锁骨下动脉片主动脉成形术,合并大血管畸形一例采用左锁骨下动脉远端与降主动脉吻合术。术后均获满意疗效,随访2～20个月均无重大并发症。作者对主动脉缩窄手术方法选择,合并心衰、肺动脉高压的主动脉缩窄手术术后处理进行了讨论。

The author reports the surgical treatment of 2 cases of coarctation of the aorta.The aortoplasty was performed with left subclavian artery flap in one case and in the other case the left subclavian artery was anastomosed to the origin segement of descending aorta.The postoperative results were satisfactory.None of the patients had major complication for 2-20 months of follow-up.The author discussed the experiences of operation and postopertive treatment of coarctation with heart failure and pulmonary hypertention.
