摘要 牛仔裤是美国消费者衣橱中的主力军,也是重要的棉制品,它自问世以来受欢迎的程度从未降过温。美国棉花公司生活方式针对美国消费者的调查(Lifestyle Monitor<sup>TM</sup>)数据显示,96%的消费者人均拥有7条牛仔裤,占他们衣橱所有服饰的6%。基于美国棉花公司零售调查<sup>TM</sup>的数据,18%的棉质服饰是牛仔产品。 Jeans are the mainstream clothes in U.S.consumers' wardrobes,and are also important cotton products,and they have never been out of favor since its debut. According to the data surveyed on American consumers by Cotton Incorporated (Lifestyle Monitor^(TM)),96% of the consumers have seven pairs of jeans on average per person,accounting for 6%of all their clothes in wardrobes. According to data from U.S. Cotton Incorporated(Retail Monitor^(TM)),18%of cotton clothes are denim products, while jeans account for 90% of denim products.During the 12 months from April 2008 to March 2009,the amount of sales of jeans increased by 2.5%over the previous 12 months,with sales volume rising by 3.8%(data source:NPD Group).
