摘要
在以往研究超声心动图冷加压试验心功能改变的基础上,进一步分析了射血分数(EF)的个体变化趋势,频率校正值(Vcf×100/HR)与后负荷收缩末期室壁应力 Ss 的关系,心脏舒张功能 VLcf 的改变。并讨论了影响因素。
We have previously reported the changes in heart function during cold pressor echocardiography.In the present paper,we further discussed individual changes in ejection fraction(EF)from rest to peak cold stress, the relationship between Vcf×100/HR and afterload(Ss),and the changes in diastolic function(VLcf).The related factors were analyzed.
