Effectiveness Evaluation of Comprehensive Training Against AIDS Related Discrimination among Health Care Workers in General Hospitals

目的对综合医院医护人员进行艾滋病知识、职业防护技能、相关伦理与道德、不歧视的相关政策等综合培训,评价培训效果,为加强健康教育提供依据。方法采用不记名方法对医务人员进行培训前后测试和调查,运用统计学方法进行前后差异比较。结果经过培训,医务人员对艾滋病知识的总知晓率提高了10.13%,艾滋病职业暴露的知晓率提高了28.80%。医务人员对艾滋病患者的态度有所改善。结论通过培训提高了医务人员艾滋病知识水平和职业防护技能,对医护人员的态度改变产生了一定影响,但是对行为意愿改变不明显。应进一步强化医务人员艾滋病防治观,长期以多样化形式来提高医务人员对艾滋病的认识,改善对艾滋病患者的态度,减少歧视行为。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive training of AIDS knowledge,vocational prevention,ethics and morality and non-discrimination policies among health care workers in general?hospitals.Finally,it's aimed to provide a basis for the enhancement of health education.Methods Health care workers were trained and accepted pre and post test by anonymous questionnaires.Statistical methods were used to analyze the difference between pre and post questionnaires.Results After training,the correct rate about AIDS knowledge was 10.13% higher than that of pre test.The awareness on the item of HIV occupational exposure was 28.80% higher.The attitude to AIDS has improved to a certain extent.Conclusions The AIDS knowledge and the skill of occupational prevention are improved through training,and the attitude of health workers to AIDS has been influenced,but not evident for behavioral changes.It's necessary to build a correct AIDS prevention and treatment viewpoint.Also it's important to train health care workers about AIDS by a great diversity of methods so as to improve the understanding about AIDS,the attitude to the AIDS and reduce the discrimination.
