深圳市女性性工作者性病艾滋病相关危险行为调查

Study on AIDS/STDS Related Risk Behaviors among Female Sex workers in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率、艾滋病/性病相关危险行为特征,为政府制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层、整群抽样相结合,在深圳市5个区抽取调查对象,进行面对面问卷调查,同时抽取血样。结果共调查335名目标人群,平均年龄22.5岁;艾滋病相关知识知晓率为70.1%;第1次商业性行为平均年龄20.2岁;最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率88.9%;39.8%目标人群最近1年出现过性病相关症状,未检出HIV,梅毒阳性率2.4%。结论虽然深圳市女性性工作者艾滋病/性病感染率不高,但存在感染相关危险因素,必须加强健康教育和行为干预工作力度。

Objective To explore the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and high-risk behaviors among female sex workers(FSW),and to provide scientific evidence for policy making related to the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in Shenzhen.Methods 335 samples from 5 regions were selected by stratified cluster sampling and interviewed by face to face.Results The average age of FSW in Shenzhen was 22.5 years-old among 335 respondents.The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 70.1 per cent.The average age starting the first commercial sex service was 20.2 years-old.88.9 percent of FSW reported using condoms in the latest sexual behavior,and 39.8 percent of them reported they had STD-related symptoms in recently years.The positive rate of syphilis was 2.4 percent.Conclusion Although the prevalence of HIV/STDS in Shenzhen was low,there were some high-risk factors among FSW.Health education and behavior intervention must be strengthened in Shenzhen.
