摘要
目的调查我国村卫生室医生执业现状,找出村卫生室医生向执业(助理)医师过渡存在的问题,并提出对策建议。方法通过问卷调查方法收集样本地区12个县村卫生室医生的基本资料。结果①村卫生室医生的素质偏低,年龄、学历和职称结构不合理;②村卫生室医生执业化进程进度缓慢;③低学历、低收入限制其向执业(助理)医师过渡。结论需要加强村卫生室医生的培训和教育;改革执业医师资格考试办法,对村卫生室医生应有所照顾;建立村卫生室医生养老保险制度。
Objectives To find the main problems and propose countermeasures on the process of the conversion of village doctors to licensed(assistant) doctors in village clinic,through study the status quo of village doctors qualifying for a licensed(assistant) doctors.Methods Questionnaire was applied to collect the basic data of all of village doctors in 12 counties.Results ① The educational and title level of the health human resource was low in the village clinic.The allocation of the health human resource was unreasonable.②The process of being licensed was slow.③ Lower diploma and low income were important factors that limited the conversion of village doctors to licensed(assistant) doctors.Conclusions Training in theory and practice skills of doctors in the village clinic should be enhanced.Reforming licensing examination and making some priority policies for village doctors.Constituting the endowment insurance of doctors in the village clinic.
