摘要
目的了解武汉市城市居民对本市社区卫生服务的知晓率和满意度等相关情况,为政府探索社区卫生服务管理模式提供指导。方法采用分层抽样方法,从武汉市7个中心城区的96个社区卫生服务中心管辖的社区内随机抽取常住居民为调查对象,经过培训的调查员采用统一设计的问卷进行入户随机调查。结果居民对社区卫生"六位一体"功能的总知晓率为93.3%,其中了解最多的是医疗功能(90.4%)。愿意去社区卫生服务就医的为66.0%。对社区卫生的服务态度和质量满意度分别为69.3%和66.4%。结论武汉市城市居民对社区卫生服务的功能知晓情况较高,但仍然停留在医疗服务水平上,服务满意度整体尚可,政府部门和社区卫生服务管理者应采取积极措施提高社区居民的满意度水平。
Objective To know the awareness rate and satisfaction to community health service among of residents in Wuhan City,and to provide bases for the exploration of management models of community health services.Methods Permanent residents from 96 community health service centers of 7 center districts in Wuhan city were randomly selected by stratified sampling method and were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire.Results The total awareness rate of six aspects of service function of community health service was 93.3%,of which the largest was the medical function(90.4%).66.0% of the respondents were willing to go to the community health service centers to accept the services.The satisfaction rates to service attitude and service quality were 69.3% and 66.4% respectively.Conclusion The awareness rate to community health service in Wuhan city is high,but there still exist space of improvement.Although the satisfaction of service was good in general,there is larger improvement space on the whole in the community health service.The government and health administrators should take positive measures to improve community health service to meet the needs of the residents.
