医患之间的互动内容已经不再像以前那样局限于望、闻、问、切、开处方、配药这些纯医学的交流过程。社会发展至今,医患之间的互动已经上升为医学层面与社会层面的联动。这种互动与医学模式的改变相呼应,体现了医学社会化是一种必然趋势。医生与患者作为两大社会群体进行社会性的互动在现代医学模式中成为必需,因为这种互动是人类社会性的体现。尽管这些互动有积极消极之分,但是医学乃至整个社会都是在互动中发展起来的。对医患互动的原因、过程、现象通过社会学理论进行了诠释。

The contents of doctor-patient interaction will no longer be such a simple medical communication such as inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,palpation,prescribe and.In the modern society,the doctor-patient interaction has shifted to a mutual-communication between the medical field and the social field.This kind of interaction is echoed with the change of the medical mode,and proves that the medical socialization is a inevitability.The social interaction between the two large group of doctors and patients has become necessity because this interaction embodies the sociality of human beings.Despite the interaction can be divided in to positive interaction and negative ones,the medical field was developed as so many interactions.This paper explained the reasons,the process and the phenomenon of the doctor-patient interaction based on sociological theory.
