组织职业生涯管理对员工工作卷入的影响 被引量:2

摘要 组织职业生涯管理是组织意在发挥员工长效潜能的手段,而较高的员工工作卷入是企业组织者所追寻的目标之一。本文运用社会交换理论及组织支持理论,从理论上分析了组织职业生涯管理对员工工作卷入的影响过程,并向组织管理者提出自己的建议。
