专业技术人员导师制工作的实践和思考

摘要 随着企业规模的扩大,人力资源往往成为企业发展的瓶颈。金陵石化公司于2007年在员工培训上,开始引入了"导师制"人才培养模式。本文阐述了该项工作的组织实施的各个要素,并详细分析了"导师制"人才培养的成效,同时也提出改进建议,以期为该项工作的更好开展提供借鉴。
