基于进化算法的电力系统环境经济优化调度 被引量:1

摘要 综合考虑环境经济优化调度(Environmental Economic Dispatch,EED)是一个多目标优化问题,采用价格罚因子将环境经济双目标优化调度问题转化为单目标优化问题。考虑发电机的出力限制区,爬坡约束及备用约束,运用进化规划(Evolutionary Programming,EP)算法求解EED问题,在15机系统中采用价格罚因子EP算法求解了EED问题,结果表明所提出的方法的有效性。
