The second molars malocclusions are quite common disorder in clinic. They can cause some troubles for orthodontists. The real cause for the second molars malocclu-sion is the crowding and it happens in the posterior region of dentitions. The symptoms of the second molars malocclusion are single or several teeth scissor-bite, malposition in buccal or lingual sides, impaction in vertical or mesio-angulation sit-uation. The causes and harm of the second molars malocclu-sions are analyzed in this article. We also discuss several use-ful therapies for the malocclusions.
