摘要
目的研究CD105及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义。方法2005年1月至2008年12,在山西医科大学第一临床医院口腔颌面外科采用免疫组化二步法检测CD105、MMP-2在涎腺正常组织、多形性腺瘤及腺样囊性癌中的表达及定位,计算微血管密度(MVD)值及MMP-2评分,并进行数据分析。结果涎腺正常组织、多形性腺瘤与腺样囊性癌之间的MVD值及MMP-2评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);以腺样囊性癌的肿瘤大小、临床分期、病理类型、神经症状分组,MVD值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按病理类型和肿瘤大小分组的MMP-2之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);以MMP-2评分分组的MVD均数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2和CD105在腺样囊性癌中的表达均升高,有可能成为其治疗的新靶点。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and endoglin(CD105)in cancer of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) and explore the correlation of MMP-2 with MVD which was marked by CD105. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of CDI05 and MMP-2 in normal tissues of salivary gland, pleomorphic adenoma (PA) and adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), calculation of M VD and MMP-2;the data was analyzed by SPSS(13.0) software. Results The difference of the MVD in the normal tissues of salivary gland, pleomorphic adenoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma was significant, so was MMP-2; the count of MVD showed significant correlation with size of the tissues , stage of the disease , type of pathological and neurological symptoms (P < 0.05) ; the difference of M M P-2 in different types of pathological and sizes of the tissues were significant (P < 0.05) ;the difference of MVD which was divided by the count of MMP-2 was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion MMP-2 and CD105 are highly expressed in adenoid cystic carcinoma tissues at protein level; the MVD marked by CD 105 significantly correlates with M M P-2;they might become promising targets for adenoid cystic carcinoma.
