电子根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度准确性及根管充填质量的评价 被引量:5

Evaluation on the quality of root canal obturation and on accuracy of electronic apex locator for determining root canal working length

摘要 目的评价电子根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度进行根管充填的质量。方法选取2007年8月至2008年4月郑州市第一人民医院口腔科门诊经X线及临床检查确诊为牙髓病及根尖周病需作根管治疗的患牙136颗,共265个根管。按患者就诊顺序编号,随机分成实验组(141个根管)和对照组(124个根管)。实验组的根管工作长度用电子根尖定位仪测定,对照组的根管工作长度用X线拍片法测定。两组均用逐步后退法根管预备,侧方加压法根管充填,以X线拍片检验根管充填质量。结果实验组适充率为86.52%,对照组适充率为76.61%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度能明显提高根管充填质量。 Objective To evaluate the quality of root canal obturation and the effect factor on accuracy of electronic apex locator for determining root canal working length. Methods Totally 265 root canals needing root canal therapy in 136 teeth were chosen, and were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group. The working length was measured by electronic apex locator in experiment group and was measured manually by hand and X-ray in control group.Canal preparation was done by step-back technique manually and canal obturation was done with lateral compaction, then an X-ray film was taken in order to judge its quality. Resnits The rates of flush filled in experimen-tal geoup was 86.52%, and The rate of flush filled in control group was 76.61%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Electronic apex locator can measure root canal length accurately and improve the quality of canal obturation with lateral compaction.
