摘要
目的探讨氮化钛涂层对国产正畸托槽表面摩擦力的影响。方法采用多弧离子镀法在国产不锈钢方丝弓托槽上制备氮化钛涂层,分为实验组(涂层组)和对照组(未涂层组),每组7个托槽,在Instron万能材料力学实验机上测定干燥和湿润状态下实验组和对照组托槽与0.41mm(0.016英寸)不锈钢弓丝间的静、动摩擦力。结果干燥和湿润状态下,实验组的静、动摩擦力值均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氮化钛涂层可以降低干燥和湿润状态下托槽与弓丝间的静、动摩擦力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of titanium nitride coating on friction of domestic orthodontic bracket. Methods Titanium nitride coating was deposited into domestic stainless steel edgewise brackets by multi-arc ion plat-ing method. The brackets were divided into the experimental group(titanium nitride coated)and the control group(titani-um nitride un-coated), and there were 7 brackets in each group. The dynamic and static friction between the 0.41 mm (0.016 inch) wires and brackets of two groups in the dry and wet state were measured by Instron Tester. Results The result demonstrated that the static and dynamic friction of experimental group was less than control group both in dry and wet state, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Under the dry and wet state, the TiN coat-ing can reduce the static and dynamic friction between the brackets and wires.
