The management of vascular anomalies

颌面部脉管性疾病在临床上属于常见病,约占全身同类疾病的60%。由于颌面部脉管性疾病严重影响外观,可对患者及家属产生很大的心理负担。对于此类疾病的治疗方法较多,但有些治疗方法仍属不当,应该引起临床医生的注意。对于不同类型的脉管性疾病,应选择最适合的方法治疗,以取得最满意的治疗效果,达到颌面部整形美容的要求。

The vascular anomalies in the oral and maxillofacial region are a common disease, which accounts for approximately 60% of the lesion in the whole body. The facial vascular anomalies not only affect the appearance and function of patients but also can cause the psychological problems. The treatment of vascular anomalies is extremely challenging because of the difficulty in how to choose a safe and effective method from so many management choices. From the view point of plastic and aesthetic surgery, it can be concluded from this study that the most appropriate treatment of vascular anomalies should depend on the classifications as well as the special anatomy region.
