摘要
目的观察牙隐裂综合治疗的临床疗效。方法对2001年5月至2004年1月来沈阳市口腔医院就诊的107例牙隐裂患者的122颗患牙,采取调、带环黏固后根管治疗加全冠修复的方法修复,随访2年,复查治疗效果。结果122颗患牙中,成功91颗(74.59%),好转28颗(22.95%),失败3颗(2.46%),有效率达97.54%。结论对隐裂牙进行综合治疗,特别是采取调、带环黏固后根管治疗加全冠修复的方法疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of comprehensive therapy on cracked teeth. Methods Comprehensive methods were used to treat 122 cracked-teeth of 107 patients from May 2001 to January 2004 in Stomatology Hospital of Shenyang. These teeth were occlusion, sticked solid band before root-canal therapy plus complete coronal restoration. The patients were followed up for 2 years, and the treatment effectiveness was reviewed. Results In the 122 teeth, 91 teeth were treated successfully (74.59%), 28 teeth were better (22.95%),while 3 teeth failed (2.46%). The effectiveness reached 97.54%. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for the cracked teeth is effective and worth promoting.
