摘要
结合二极管钳位型三电平和传统两电平逆变器的特点,本文提出一种新型的七电平逆变电路拓扑。新型电路拓扑所用的开关管的数量和三电平相同,但是电平数大大提高,波形也更加近似于正弦波。本文对该逆变器的控制方法进行了分析。基于Matlab,搭建仿真电路,证明其控制方法的可实现性。
Combination of diode-clamped-type three-level and the traditional two-level inverter characteristics, this paper presents a new type of seven-level inverter circuit topology. The numbers of new circuit topology of the switch used is equal the three-level, but greatly increased the number of levels, more similar to sinusoidal waveform. This paper analyzes the inverter control method . Based on MATLAB, simulation circuit is set up to prove their control methods feasible.
