摘要 随着全球范围内能源利用状况的日趋紧张,以及国家节能减排的政策的进一步落实,空调器作为家电产品中的耗能大户,更新换代之势不可避免。相比传统定频空调,变频空调有着高效,节能,控温精准等优点。作为变频空调器中的核心部件之一,变频电机的创新开发与可靠应用直接影响着空调器性能以及市场地位。本文以公司开发的调速永磁同步电机为例,简单介绍了电机性能分析和可靠性分析验证的方法。 Along with the serious status of energy lack around the global and further carry out of state energy saving policy, air conditioner has to update for its high energy consumption in the electronics appliances. Compare with traditional fixed frequency AC, inverter AC has unexampled advantage such as higher efficiency, energy saving, exact temperature adjustment. As one of the core components the development and reliable application of inverter motor directly affect air-conditioner’s performance and market position. The analysis methods of motor performance and reliability is introduced in this paper example for developed speed-adjustable PMSM.
