摘要
喷吹煤粉替代部分焦炭已成为炼铁的一项常规技术,本文针对焦炭供需矛盾日益突出,煤焦的差价日益扩大的现状,介绍了一种在煤粉中加入添加剂的可行性控制研究,从喷煤特性、控制系统、应用算法、和调试过程对如何加入添加剂进行了一一阐述,并在实际应用中取得了良好效果。
The coal injection substitute for coke has been a general technology, because the imbalance between supply and demand of coke, this paper introduces the feasibility control of the additive which add into coal dust. Expatiate the coal injection feature, control system, application algorithms and adding injection of commissioning procedure, and obtain good result in practice.
