摘要
本文介绍了水处理企业在排污泵站上突破传统控制方式,采用模糊控制理论对水位变化和变化率进行分析,实现泵站水位的先进控制;并利用虚拟编程技术简化水泵设备序列控制的组合变化,降低对控制系统的要求;最后通过VPN通信技术上传数据,结合地理信息和数据库分析功能,实现对泵站的参数设定、事故处理、安防监视、生产调度和设备管理;满足水处理企业对城市排污监测信息可视化展示功能的需要。
This article describes how the water treatment enterprise breaks through the traditional control method of considering the dredge pump station, adopt fuzzy control theory to analyze the level change and level change rate, realize the advanced control to the pump station level, also make use of the virtual programmed technology to simplify the pump control sequence combination change and reduce the demand of control system; at last make use of VPN communication technology to send the data, combine the geographical information and data base analytical function to realize parameter setting, accident treatment, safety monitoring, production control and equipment management; to meet the requirement of sewage discharge monitor information visual function for the water treatment enterprise.
