摘要
提出了一种新型的高效率单相逆变器拓扑结构,该拓扑结构由一个高频半桥单元和一个低频半桥单元级联而成。其中高频半桥主要决定输出电压的波形,低频半桥主要输出功率,该拓扑结构可以在保证输出电压波形质量的同时提高逆变器的工作效率。高频半桥采用电压反馈控制输出电压,低频半桥采用电流反馈控制逆变器输出电流。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该拓扑的输出电压波形质量与高频逆变器相类似,而效率却有大幅度提高。
A novel high efficiency single-phase inverter topology is proposed, the topology is cascaded by a high-frequency half-bridge module and a low-frequency half-bridge module. The output voltage waveform is mainly decided by the high frequency half-bridge, as well as the low-frequency half-bridge mainly control output power, and the topology can guarantee the quality of the output voltage waveform and at the same time increase the efficiency of the inverter. High-frequency half-bridge output voltage is equipped with voltage feedback control, and the low-frequency half-bridge inverter using current-feedback to control output current. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the output voltage waveform quality is similar to high-frequency inverter, but there is substantial increase in efficiency.
